My journal is basically friends only, but friend me and I'll friend you back.

Now what to say about me. I find that if there were a recipe for me it would be:

little bit of Tina with sprig of Amy. A dash of Maya and some spicy Rachel. If you know what that means then you are ahead of some. Oh and I wouldn't mind having a little Jimmy in me of course (oh snap! I said it!)

Well to tell you truthfully, I talk about me in my journal a lot, so I was unsure what to say. And I hate for this to become me explaining why to like me. I don't want people to want to read my lj just based on my opinion. I'm biased. I hate myself. So I asked my friends to tell me why they like me so that I could tell you, our viewers at home. So here we go:

"Jennirayno, I love you. You will forever be my peach and I send many eggy hugs in your direction (hopefully you are not wearing good clothes at the time).
We didn't really get to know each other until junior year of high school, but I immediately appreciated your sense of humor. You are a comedic genius and you know how to banter like no one's business. That is just awesome. You have wit that I wish I had! Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, you use your humor in kind ways. When I was feeling down, you didn't hesitate to show your support and make me laugh as well. No one has ever offered to let me cover them in silly string. :)
I am nothing short of honored to call you my friend."

choirchick1835 was forced to write this on a moldy piece of paper and buried it into a wall in my dungeon. Foolish mortal. She thought I wouldn't find it? Any way, this is what it said:
I am Jennirayno's friend because I have no choice. I had no say in the matter. My father forced me to be best friends with her just because he's friends with her parents...what nerve!

On the other hand, I don't know anyone else our age that can say they have been best friends with a person for 19 years and have never gotten in a fight or drifted apart. Over the years we have only grown closer. No one really understands our friendship. So what we don't see each other all the time and talk about everything, just because of that doesn't mean we can't be best friends. We are best friends because the times that we do spend together we will always remember. Our countless trips, visits to the St. Paul's Bazaar and the Ren Fest, and everytime you always make me smile. When I got my heart ripped out and torn to shreds most people said the standard things, you gave me a card and that meant so much to me because I know you meant it. You are probably the craziest, dorkiest, most random friend I have but that's why I love you.

wcm tagged this on the side of the wall at the Dairy Queen (we have a really big Dairy Queen and she has a lot of time on her hands):

Seriously, along with the above mentioned, I'm friends with you because you're on a similar wave length to me. You're an individual, an academic, an English major, a writer, and an all 'round weird person. We weird people have to stick together. You've been there for me through some hard times and, though I may have annoyed you (Well let's face it...we all annoy each other from time to time) you always listened to me and offered me help in some way. Although you're antisocial, and I've not seen you more than twice this summer, I think, I still hang on to your friendship for some crazy reason. :P I hope our friendship continues on for many many moons."

Wow that is some nice stuff. See what happens when you pay people to like you? You really get some good return on those quarters...
